Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. butter
    1 c. cocoa powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat cheese and butter until soft enough to combine.
    Add vanilla.
    Combine cocoa and powdered sugar.
    Add liquid mixture to the dry mixture.
    Stir and knead until thoroughly mixed.
    Spread in large buttered pan and allow to cool and become firm.
    Cut. Yields 6 pounds; recipe may be halved.
