Armenian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. vermicelli, broken in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown
    vermicelli in margarine.
    Add rice, then add hot chicken
    broth, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer until broth is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
