Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 pkg. chicken flavored rice and sauce
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour and fry breasts in small amount of oil until brown; set aside.
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package.
    Mix chicken soup with one soup can of water. Spoon rice into a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Lay fillet of breast on rice.
    Add about 1/2 of soup on this layer, then put broccoli on breast fillets.
    Add rest of soup and top with cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
