Cheesecake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large eggs
    vanilla wafers
    1 can pie filling
    cupcake bake cups
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs together for filling.
    Place bake cups in muffin tins.
    Put a vanilla wafer in each bake cup and fill 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Allow to cool.
    When cooled, top with pie filling.
