Pineapple Paradise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar, flour and coconut.
    Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Crumble.
    Press 2 cups of crumbs into 9-inch pie pan.
    Cool.
    Reserve remaining crumbs to sprinkle on top of pie.
