Company Sausage Gravy(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. turkey sausage
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. flour
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 qt. milk (skim or 1%)
    dash of hot pepper sauce (about 7 drops)
    1 Tbsp. Gravy Master (optional)
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into large saucepan; cook over medium-low heat until brown.
    Add onion; cook and stir until transparent.
    Stir flour into cooked sausage mixture until golden brown.
    Stir in milk; cook about 6 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
    Add seasoning; cook, stirring, until thickened.
    To serve, spoon over biscuit halves.
