Diet Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. tomato sauce
dash of garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
6 hamburger buns (lite)
Preparation

Saute ground beef, onion, celery and garlic; drain well.
Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon hamburger mixture over both pieces of each bun.
Serves 6. Has 269 calories, 5 fat grams; food exchanges equal 3 meat, 1 bread, 1 fat.
