Dried Beef Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dried beef
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 stick margarine, melted
    sprinkle of garlic
    sprinkle of onion salt
    1 bundle green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Chop with knife the dried beef and put on wax paper.
    Mix in a bowl the cream cheese, margarine, onion salt, garlic and chopped green onions.
    Mix all together and shape into long log.
    Roll log in dried beef and then put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Spread on Ritz crackers.
