Donegal Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 large baking potatoes
    4 slices white American cheese
    2 c. water
    2 to 3 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    2 packets beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a large (10 to 12-inch) frypan, heat olive oil.
    In the heated oil, saute onion and green pepper until onion is transparent, but not brown.
    Remove onion and pepper from pan and keep warm.
