Hash Brown Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Ham can be added.
