Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken thighs or drumsticks
    2 onions
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 large cloves garlic and ginger (1-inch pieces), ground to paste
    3 medium tomatoes
    1/2 spoon chili powder
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Remove the skin from the chicken and clean very well.
    Slice onion and saute in 1/4 cup vegetable oil to a golden brown.
    Add ginger and garlic paste and chicken pieces.
    Stir a while and then add chili powder, salt and water.
    Cook in low-medium heat with cover on it.
    Let it cook for a few minutes (10 to 15 minutes). Add chopped tomatoes.
    Now, cook in low heat for 10 minutes more.
