Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boneless pork chops, diced
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
1/2 c. frozen tiny English peas, thawed
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
-
Saute
pork
chops,
carrots,
broccoli, peas and green onion in margarine
in a large skillet 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is cooked.
Remove
from
skillet,
and set aside.
Cook rice in skillet
until thoroughly heated.
Push rice to sides of skillet, forming
a
well in center.
Pour eggs into well, and cook
until set,
stirring
occasionally.
Stir rice into eggs;
add
the vegetables and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
