Beef And Cabbage Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of oregano
2 thin sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can tomatoes (1 lb. 12 oz.)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 c. chopped cabbage
2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Brown beef in large skillet.
When meat begins to change color, add celery and onion.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Alternate layers of meat mixture, cabbage and potatoes in a 3-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and butter. Cover with foil; bake for 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender.
