Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large, skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 of a 1/4 lb. stick margarine, chilled
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Place each breast between 2 pieces of clear plastic wrap. Working from the center to the edges, pound with flat side of meat mallet to 1/4-inch thickness.
Remove plastic wrap.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
