Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix beef, applesauce, Minute rice, onion, salt and pepper; shape into balls.
    Place 1 layer deep in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix catsup and water; pour over meatballs.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
