Peg'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    8 slices bacon, fried
    3/4 c. dried onion
Preparation
    Cook, cool and peel potatoes.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick.
    Place in large bowl.
    Combine vinegar, sugar, water and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour and 1/4 cup water.
    Stir into vinegar mixture and simmer until thick.
    Toss sauteed onion and fried bacon (crumbled) with potatoes.
    Toss with cooked dressing.
    Serve hot or cold.
