Baked Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Rotini Noodles
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1 Cup Onion, chopped
    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1-28 oz. Can Tomato, cut up
    1-6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
    1-4 oz. Can Sliced Mushrooms, drained
    1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
    1 Tsp. Salt
    1/2 Tsp. Basil Leaves
    1/2 Tsp. Oregano Leaves
    1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil noodles until tender; drain.
    In large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper; drain excess fat.
    Add tomatoes, paste, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Simmer on low heat 20 minutes. Combine cooked noodles and sauce; layer 1/2 into
    3 quart baking dish.
    Top with 1 cup cheese.
    Layer remaining rotini mixture and top with remaining mozzarella.
