Lemon Fluff Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and pineapple juice.
    Boil 15 minutes and cool.
    Mix gelatin with boiling water.
    Add cream cheese; mix well, then add pineapple and nuts.
    Put in refrigerator and cool.
    Whip the cream.
    Fold in cooled mixture.
    Place in dish and refrigerate. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
