Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. fresh buttered bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender; add the onion and cook 3 more minutes.
Drain and set aside in a casserole dish.
Make a cream sauce of the flour, margarine, tarragon, salt, mustard and pepper with milk.
Stir and heat until thick, then add cheese.
Mix in until melted.
Pour cream sauce over carrots in casserole; top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
