Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    5 medium green peppers
    5 oz. bottle soy sauce
    water
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces.
    Roll in flour and fry until brown.
    Meanwhile, cut peppers into strips.
    After meat has browned, place in 3 quart pot.
    Cover with water.
    Add soy sauce and peppers.
    Let come to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cover.
    Simmer until meat is done, about 1 hour.
    Serve over hot rice.
