Easiest Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
4 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lime juice
4 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks until light in color. Add milk and beat lightly.
Add lime juice and beat until smooth. Pour into pastry shell.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually and continue to beat until stiff peaks are formed.
Pile meringue on top of pie and bake 4 minutes.
