Cooked Lettuce Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    bacon bits (can be added if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together; cook until dissolved and hot.
    Take a head of lettuce and break apart and wash.
    When dressing is done, add to lettuce that you are going to eat.
    Toss slightly; serve hot.
