Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 box frozen peas
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (4 oz.) jars pimentos
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can fried onion rings
Preparation
    Cook frozen peas in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain.
    Saute onion and butter.
    Add pimentos, water chestnuts and mushroom soup.
    Add drained peas and cover the top with onion rings.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
