Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks butter (remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before)
4 bananas
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 containers frozen strawberries, sliced (in syrup)
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and melted butter; press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat at high speed for 15 minutes the following: confectioners sugar, eggs and 2 sticks of butter.
Pour over crust.
Slice banana over mixture, cover bananas with pineapple, then strawberries.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Chill and serve.
