Tropical Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. dark raisins
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Grease with butter an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 3/4-inch baking dish. Mix pudding ingredients in order listed.
Put in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove and cool at room temperature. Serve with Cool Whip.
