Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. roast
    6 or 7 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half
    6 carrots, peeled
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 or 2 qt. green beans
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In roaster, place green beans in bottom.
    Place roast in center of pan.
    Arrange carrots and potatoes around the roast. Mix in small bowl the onion soup and cream of mushroom soup; spread over the roast.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
