Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. hot fat or salad oil
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cream
Preparation

Mix meat, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, seasonings, egg and milk together, then shape into walnut size balls.
Brown in hot skillet; remove from pan.
Stir flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into hot pan.
Add water and cream.
Return meatballs to gravy. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
