Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams
    2 c. or 2 bottles clam juice
    1/4 c. diet margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. carrots, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or dry)
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    34 oz. can tomatoes or 1 qt.
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    extra water to cover vegetables
Preparation
    Cook all vegetables and juice for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Add clams last 2 minutes of cooking.
    May add salt and pepper to taste.
