Texas Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans chili beans
    1 lb. ground lean meat (beef chuck or sirloin)
    2 large cans tomatoes or 2 qt. home canned
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 large green or red sweet pepper
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon (powdered)
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Put tomatoes in large pot (8 quart or larger).
    Cook beef in frying pan until well done.
    Add chopped onion and pepper.
    Add chili powder.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Add this mixture to tomatoes; start heating.
    Add beef bouillon to tomatoes.
    Add frying pan mixture.
    Add chili beans.
    Cook for about 1/2 hour, or until mixture is heated well.
    Add Tabasco sauce, if desired.
