Angel Cloud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 3/4 c. sifted sugar
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour and 3/4 cup sugar twice.
    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla until foamy.
    Beat in the remaining sugar until meringue holds stiff peaks.
    Add flour, sugar mixture.
    Put in 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
