Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. chopped chives or green onion tops
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil, drain and mash potatoes.
    Add cheese and remaining ingredients except paprika.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator, wait 15 minutes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
