Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix eggs, salt, nutmeg, sugar and vanilla.
Add hot milk slowly while stirring.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
