Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients to make a stiff dough.
    Roll thin on floured surface.
    Slice with noodle cutter or thinly with knife. Drop into boiling broth and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Makes 3 cups noodles.
