Vinegar Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Work together flour, salt and shortening.
    Whip together egg, water and vinegar, then add to flour mixture.
    Divide into 3 balls.
    Roll each out on a floured board.
    Makes 3 pie crusts.
