Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    onion
    taco seasoning mix
    1/2 to 1 c. water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain and add seasoning mix and water. Cook on low for a few minutes.
    Melt cheese and add tomatoes and mushroom soup.
