Possum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 Ritz crackers
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tub Cool Whip
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Crush Ritz crackers.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mix in sugar, vanilla, crackers and pecans.
    Put in Pyrex dish and cook for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool completely and add Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
