Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded yellow cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup melted butter, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Fold in hash browns.
Pour mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Toss together corn flake crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
Makes about 10 servings.
