Lemon-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    black pepper (liberal)
    salt (lightly)
    4 tsp. butter
    1/2 lemon or equivalent lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Skin chicken.
    Rub 1 teaspoon of butter on each breast. Sprinkle pepper, salt, paprika and parsley on breasts after applying lemon juice.
    Put 2 tablespoons of water in pan to prevent sticking.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Serves 4.
