Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix and put in a casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Chow mein noodles may be added with casserole the last half hour.
