Egg Custard Pie Or Black Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk or half and half
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Add salt and milk. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until custard is set.
