Spanish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cook and drain well
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion, minced
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; chill.
    Shape into balls.\tBake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0
    or until they start to brown slightly.
    Makes 75 to 100 appetizers.\tThese may be frozen, uncooked.\tThaw 20 minutes before baking.
