Vegetable Gratin With Cucumber - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    1 large bunch spring onions, chopped
    1/2 small cauliflower, cut into small florets
    1 oz. butter
    4 oz. cheese, grated
    1 oz. breadcrumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Quarter the unpeeled cucumber and then cut each quarter into 1/4 inch slices.
    Fry the spring onions and cauliflower in the butter for 5 minutes.
    Put the cucumber in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
    Put the fried mixture over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix the cheese with the breadcrumbs and put over the top.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
