Japanese Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushrooms
    1/8 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp butter
    2 c. minute rice
    boneless chicken breast cut into strips
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan, add peppers, onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Stir fry until onions are transparent.
    Add chicken strips. Cook until done.
    Add water, mushrooms; simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix corn starch in 1/2 c. water.
    Add chicken to thicken.
    Pour over rice.
    Fix rice according to directions on box before you start.
