Ingredients

2 to 3 pkg. unfilled ladyfingers
11 oz. cream cheese (1 large pkg. and 1 small; room temperature)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 pt. heavy cream
1 can strawberry pie filling or cherry
Preparation

In a spring-form pan, cover the bottom and sides with approximately 2 to 3 packages of ladyfingers.
Set aside.
