Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, quartered
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat 12-inch Dutch oven.
    Mix all the ingredients in the oven,
    taking
    care to coat the potatoes well.
    Cook for 1 hour.
