Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 stick butter
    2 to 3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 stick celery, finely chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with water and butter.
    When potatoes are tender; add remaining ingredients.
    May want to mash some of potatoes to help thicken soup.
    If desired thicker, use flour and water to thicken.
