Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    To make this mix for my pantry shelf, I times it by 4 and store in large jars ready to use in place of store bought biscuit mix (8 cups flour, 4 tablespoons baking powder and 1 1/3 cups Crisco).
    Store in a cool place.
    Keeps well 2 to 3 months.
