Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can lemonade
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. hot water
3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients together and cook on medium heat until rolling boil.
Cook 1 minute.
Cool until room temperature.
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add baking powder and beat, adding 6 tablespoons sugar one at a time until very stiff.
Put meringue on top of pie and brown in oven.
