Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs at high speed for 3 minutes.
Gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add dry ingredients while continuing to beat.
Pour into jelly roll pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn out on cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll up like jelly roll. Let cool.
Unroll and spread with filling and roll again.
