Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; prick with fork.
    Bake at
    425\u00b0
    for
    45 minutes to 1 hour. Cut into lengthwise and
    scoop
    out potato. Set shells aside.
    Mash potato; add margarine,
    then
    beat
    in sour cream.
    Season with salt and pepper. Stir
    in
    cheese and onion. Spoon mixture back into shells and place in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2
    to 24 hours. Before serving,
    bake,
    uncovered, at 425\u00b0
    for
    35
    minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
